MEETING MINUTES


Members Present: Howard Sandler-Chairman, Leslie Ann Morse-Vice Chairman, Michael Cole, Debbie Abbott, Peter McDonald, Kevin Holland & Tim Klink.

Staff Present: Mary Elizabeth Burgess, Town Planner

Mr. Sandler (Chairman) called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM

CASE PB#2005-26 – NANCY L. MACRIS, seeks Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section IX - D, to construct a garage/boathouse (26’ X 31’) with 2 bedrooms & a bath in the upper level resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 1750 Nauset Road, Eastham, Map 09 Parcel 405.

A MOTION was made by Leslie Ann Morse, SECONDED by Kevin Holland to continue this case to January 11, 2005 for more information.

VOTE:    IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS

ANR:CASE PB2005-32 - ROBERT S. SVERID, TRUST, seeks Endorsement of Plan Believed Not To Require Approval for property located at 5200 State Highway, Eastham, Map 05 Parcel 013.

Based on the Applicant’s request a MOTION was made by   DEBBIE ABBOTT and SECONDED by LESLIE ANN MORSE  to ALLOW THE APPLICANT TO WITHDRAW WITHOUT PREJUDICE the application for a Definitive Subdivision for property located at 5200 State Highway, Eastham, Map 05 Parcels 13.

VOTE:   IN FAVOR (6) Abbott, Cole, Morse, Sandler, Nightingale,  and McDonald                       
CASE PB#2005-31 – STEPHEN KARIOTIS, seeks Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV & IX-D, to remove existing garage and construct in-law unit, breeze way and new garage, resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 721-Rear- Samoset Road, Eastham, Map 14  Parcel  082-C.
                                                                                

A MOTION was by made KEVIN HOLLAND   and SECONDED  by   DEBBIE ABBOTT     to APPROVE  RESIDENTIAL SITE PLAN  for Case PB2005-31, STEPHEN KARIOTIS , to remove existing garage and attach an in-law unit to existing structure  resulting in a site coverage ratio greater than 15% for property located at 721 Samoset Road, Eastham, MA, Map 14 Parcel 082-C.

VOTE:   IN FAVOR (7) Abbott, Morse, Nightingale, Holland, Cole, McDonald and                                                  Sandler

CASE PB#2005-33 – CARL & MARCIA ERICSON/REEF REALTY, LTD, seeks Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV & IX-D, to demolish existing structure and construct new dwelling utilizing existing septic and well, resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 30 Bridge Pond Drive, Eastham, Map 13  Parcel  039.  

A MOTION was by made LESLIE ANN MORSE and SECONDED  by   CRAIG   NIGHTINGALE    to APPROVE RESIDENTIAL SITE PLAN  for Case PB2005-33, CARL & MARCIA ERICSON , to demolish  existing dwelling and construct new dwelling utilizing existing septic and well   resulting in a site coverage ratio greater than 15% for property located at 30 Bridge Pond Drive, Eastham, map 13 Parcel 039.


VOTE:   IN FAVOR (7) Abbott, Morse, Nightingale, Holland, Cole, McDonald and Sandler

A MOTION was made by Leslie Morse and SECONDED by Craig Nightingale  to Approve the Minutes of October 12, 2005.  
       
 VOTE;  IN FAVOR - UNANIMOUS

MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 6:00 PM was made by Leslie Morse, SECONDED by Craig Nightingale
